- Free delivery:  only for orders over € 150 and for the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, United Kingdom , Sweden, Switzerland

Procedure Returns - Exchanges

- the withdrawal period is 14 days
- the withdrawal period starts the day you receive your order
- the request for retraction must be submitted by email and must be unambiguous clearly stating your decision to retract 
- delivery costs for the exchange are the responsibility of the customer
- the exchange includes only the amount of the purchased product, shipping costs are not included(ex: you paid € 100 for an order that includes a product at € 90 with € 10 for delivery, the exchange amount is 90€)
- the exchange is done within 14 days after receiving the product back in our store
- the product must be returned in a new condition with no signs of wear or modification
- Returns must be sent to the address of our store: "chaussée de Waterloo n°922, 1000 Brussels, Belgium" by mentioning the name of the manager: "Gregory Bouvy"
- you must send us a withdrawal email before returning the product to our store

- if the shipping costs were offered then you are refunded the amount of the product by removing the delivery costs it cost us(eg: you paid 100 € for an order that includes a product of 100 € and the delivery of 10 € was offered, we refund you 90 € only)
- the refund is made within 14 days after receiving the product back in our store
- the refund is done with the same means of payment of the customer(if the customer has paid by bank transfer, we will refund you by bank transfer)
- the product must be returned in a new condition with no signs of wear or modification

- you must send us a withdrawal email before returning the product to our store

We make full and immediate refund(refund for product and delivery) only when the product ordered on the site is out of stock, which is possible when the site manager did not update the site's stock in real time, that's why we advise you to call us before placing an order to make sure the product is always in stock

Exchange and refund accepted only:

- if the product you want to exchange with is available in our physical store
- if the product you received does not match the ordered product
- if the product you received is damaged

Exchange and refund not allowed:

- if the 14 day period is exceeded
- if the price of the product has changed on the market, discount on a product or during sales period  
- if the returned product is worn, damaged or modified by you(ex: if you added something not original on the product)

Your personal data


- Your personal data (such as your name, first name, email, age, address, telephone and all your messages left on our site) are not disclosed to any third party, corporation or other physical person outside of our personnel.

- Your personal data remains encoded only in our database to which no one has access except our staff.

- The only people who have access to your personal data and to your messages left on our site are: the store manager, the sellers of our store, the manager of the website, as well as yourself.

- We use an instant chat system on our site created by a third party (www.tawk.to), all the messages you leave us on the chat are only visible to our store staff, this company does not have access to these messages because they are encrypted in their database and are inaccessible to them. Apart from your messages left on the chat, this tool also allows us to see your IP address and your geolocation, this only serves to better understand in which countries our site generates the most visits.

- We do not have access to the password of your account because your password is encrypted in our database and we can not decrypt it, if you have forgotten your password we can not recover it, you must reset it and you will receive a new password in your mailbox that you can then change.
